Hi, I'm Janine

I have been teaching yoga and low-impact fitness to thousands of women over 50 for over 20 years.

I get it. I felt sore and stiff every. single. morning.


I was in my early thirties and had spent the better half of my life competing in gymnastics and dancing professionally.


My back felt it.


There was a car accident...


…but I wasn’t ready to let any of it slow me down.

I wanted to feel better. To get more limber. To ease my pains.

My partner Kirk suggested yoga. So we started going together.


But most classes lacked coaching on compensations and had us overstretching… doing us more harm than good.

Plus, we didn’t fit in the ‘yoga world’. It felt cliquey and inauthentic.


That’s when we decided to take things into our own hands. We studied the science of fitness and flexibility. Took countless programs.

Gradually, we developed our own unique way of combining the best of yoga and low-impact fitness.

People noticed and started asking us to teach them. A magazine referred to us as yoga for people who don’t like yoga. We liked the sound of that.


That’s how our first studio was born in Seattle, and then our second one in Delray Beach, FL.


Now in our 50s, we’ve been teaching fitness and flexibility for more than 20 years.


We absolutely love it and we can’t wait for you to experience it.
